COMMITTEE MEETINGS

1.      The Troop Committee meets at least once a month and its dates are included in the troop calender. Troop Committee meetings are not to be conducted at any troop meetings. They will only have an effect to distrupt the Scoutmaster in his/her efforts to conduct a troop meeting.

2.      Committee agenda will be created by the Committee Chairperson and the Scoutmaster in accordance with B.S.A policy.

3.      The September Committee meeting is mandatory for all parents and leaders.

4.      The committee meets to discuss and review all business of our troop. Parents may attend any meeting of Troop 158 and may ask the Scoutmaster or Committee Chairperson the date and time of the next meeting. PARENTS AND LEADERS NOT ON THE COMMITTEE CANNOT VOTE.

5.      A Special meeting may be called for by the Committee Chairperson.

6.      All meetings are to be attended with a notebook.

7.      Meetings will be from 8:00PM to whenever business in duly noted

8.      The committee Chairperson may adjourn the meetings at any time if he/she feels it is warranted.

9.      Outings and functions will be attended in uniform by Scoutmasters and Assistant Scoutmasters. Exceptions may be allowed by the Committee.
