EQUIPMENT

TROOP: The Troop will maintain an inventory of equipment needed to support the Troop Program. In accordance with B.S.A.’s policies the Scoutmaster and Leaders will be the Judge of the equipment needed to support the Troop Program

 

PATROL: Each Patrol will be issued some basic camping equipment needed for the use as determined by the Scoutmaster. The equipment will be the responsibility of each patrol to store and maintain.

 

LENDING EQUIPMENT: Upon request in writing the Committee/Troop will lend out camping equipment to the Webelos Den for use on their camping trips. Any Damaged or lost items will be paid for by the Den. This is part of the Troop’s obligation to help the Webelos.

 

DAMAGED EQUIPMENT: Anyone who damages or destroys any Troop equipment will be assessed the replacement cost.

 

OVERNIGHTER EQUIPMENT: Each Scout will be required to have the following equipment; Uniform, Poncho, Sleeping Bag, Mess Kit, Eating Utensils, Scout Handbook and Pencil and or Pen, Flashlight, Compass, Canteen, and Pocket Knife
