SCOUTMASTER
The Scoutmaster is available to any boy in the Troop with a problem who feels that his Patrol Leader, Patrol Guide or Senior Patrol Leader has not resolved satisfactorily. The Scoutmaster supervises from a distance and is there for emergencies as a safety net for the Senior Patrol Leader.
ASSISTANT SCOUTMASTER
The Assistant Scoutmaster’s job is the same as above. He takes over in case the Scoutmaster cannot attend and function.
SENIOR PATROL LEADER
The Senior Patrol Leader is responsible for all actions of his Troop. He runs everything with his Leadership Corp. The Senior Patrol Leader comes to the Assistant Scoutmaster or Scoutmaster when there is a problem he feels needs their attention.
ASSISTANT SENIOR PATROL LEADER
The Assistant Senior Patrol Leader is part of the Leadership Corp, he is also responsible for the Troop Historian, Librarian and Quatermaster. If the Senior Patrol Leader cannot attend any function he takes his place.
LEADERSHIP CORP
This is a separate patrol of the boys who are at least first class rank and have completed the Greater New York Council Leadership Training Program. They are then allowed to wear the distinctive Leadership Corps Patch and become eligible to be an Advisor to a Patrol.
ADVISOR
Advisors are members of the Leadership Corps, Each advisor is assigned to a patrol. The advisor then helps guide the Patrol Leader, and gives helpful hints and ideas he will teach skills to the patrol. The Advisor is responsible to the Senior Patrol Leader.
PATROL LEADERS
Patrol Leaders are responsible for the behavior and skills of their respective patrol. They make sure Patrol dues are collected and recorded by the Patrol Treasurer. He is responsible that his patrol follows its duty roster and schedules for overnight hikes. The Patrol Leaders is not exempt for the duty roster nor is he to do everything himself
