MISCELLANEOUS TROOP JOBS AND MEETINGS

PATROL LEADER COUNCIL: The Senior Patrol Leader supervises this meeting. The boys discuss and plan Troop activities. This includes what they would like to do on overnight hike and day activities. They also advise the Adult Leaders of anything special that they would like to do.

 

TROOP HISTORIAN: Collect and maintain Troop memorabilia and information on former Troop members.

 

LIBRARIAN: Keeps a list of Troop’s books, merit badge pamphlets, magazines, ect.

 

INSTRUCTOR: Teaches one or more advancement skills to Troop members.

 

DEN CHIEF: Assist a Den Leader in conducting the meeting of a Cub Scout Den.

 

QUARTERMASTER: Maintains a listing of all Patrol and Troop Equipment.

 

SCRIBE: The Troop Secretary. He takes attendence at all Troop Meetings and other events, plus other duties as assigned by the Troop Leaders
