YOUTH PROTECTION PROGRAM
For the protection and safety of our Youth members, all Troop activities must have at least two registered Adult Leaders present at all times. This includes Troop Meetings, Junior Leadership meetings, Campouts and day events. In the event that a Scout may have been the victim of Physical, Sexual or Mental abuse, the matters must be referred to the Council Scout Executive. Troop-level actions are not permitted. In accordance with B.S.A. policy, the use of abusive language, Threatening any scout with physical harm, or to physically touch any Scout is not allowed. If any Scouts conduct is in question the Scoutmaster must be informed of the situation, and they will take whatever action they feel is necessary in accordance with B.S.A. Policy. Any Adult not conducting himself/herself in accordance with B.S.A. policy WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ATTEND ANY TROOP CAMPING TRIPS OR OTHER OUTINGS. The policies and procedures of the National Boy Scouts of America concerning youth protection must be adhered to in full.
